The rooms
Health Spa Resort Hotel Heviz has 210 newly renovated rooms with warm-wooden furniture (203 double rooms and 7 suites). All rooms are air-conditioned. Each room has balcony, bathroom with bathtube/toilet and is equipped with radio, SAT-TV, IDD-phone and minibar. In the bathroom are hair-dryer and bathrobe at the guests' disposal. Connecting rooms, rooms for non-smokers, for handicapped (4) and anti-allergic rooms (2) are available.
Gastronomy
Restaurant Tavirozsa and Borostyan Brasserie offer for you Hungarian, international, dietetic and vegetarian dishes. In summer on the terrace and in the grill-garden you can enjoy the culinary specialities with accordion music.
In the Coffee Bar Ciklamen - in the evening with agreeable live music - you can taste ice specialities, cakes and fine cocktails.
Meeting facilities
The hotel's conference rooms are situated on the ground floor next to each other. The Venus and Shakespeare rooms are air-conditioned and have daylight.
A section room with air-condition up to 15 persons is at your disposal on the 7th floor.

Sights of Budapest - 2010-09-05
Budapest, lying on both banks of the Danube, is a city which offers many historical and cultural sights.
The two banks of the Danube from Margaret Island to Gellert Hill, the Buda Castle Quarter, the Andrássy út and its historical environment are all the part of the World Heritage.
Some of the outstanding buildings are the Opera House, the Ballet Institute, and the Music Academy. Under the street there is the Millenium Underground Railway, which was the first on the continent. Andrássy út leads to Heroes’ Square. The statues of outstanding Hungarian rulers and leaders stand in the semicircular colonnade. On the two sides of the square there are the Museum of Fine Arts and the Art Gallery.

The fine hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and the walking on my last day made my stay unforgettable in Budapest. Thanks for the many information of your website. It was a wonderful experience to walk over the Chain Bridge and to admire some interesting views of the lightened Buda Castle, the Gellert Hill and the Liberty Statue.
